Glass Photobioreactor Tank body:

The glass tank body combined with the tank cover and bottom is made of 316L stainless steel, and there is a bottom stainless steel jacket on the tank body to increase heat transfer sterilization. The upper part is made of borosilicate glass, which is easy to operate and clean; Stainless steel internal polishing accuracy Ra ≤ 0.4;


Glass Photobioreactor Tank functions: intake sterilization filter, exhaust condenser, intake system with air distributor, flame inoculation port (also feeding port and cleaning port), discharge port, sampling port, replenishment port; The electrodes for automatic control parameters are: pH electrode, DO electrode, defoaming electrode, and temperature electrode port; Four peristaltic pumps are automatically controlled to replenish acid/alkali/foam/culture medium respectively.


Motor: AC motor, capable of operating in harsh environments;


Ventilation: A deep ventilation system is used, with a rotor flowmeter displaying the flow rate. The gas flow rate is adjusted according to the process requirements. If an air lift stirrer is used, a built-in guide tube can be used to ensure orderly flow of the culture medium up and down
